U.S. Shipping

NextVoltGear currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $50:
Standard Shipping — $4.99

Orders $50 and over:
Economy Shipping — Free

Estimated Delivery

Transit time is generally 3–14 business days after processing.

Including processing time, customers should generally expect delivery within approximately 4–17 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by product, fulfillment partner, warehouse location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages when items are fulfilled from different locations.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your shipment appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@nextvoltgear.com and we will assist you with the available tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@nextvoltgear.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
